About SockPuppet
At Sockpuppet, our mission is to provide secure, reliable, and scalable digital infrastructure to support impactful online investigations and protect our customers.
With over 20 years of experience, our founding team has extensive expertise in the technologies required to deploy and manage online sockpuppets at scale. This includes data centers, bare metal compute, cloud infrastructure, mobile connectivity, SMS, interconnection, and security. We have a proven track record of deploying these components in various configurations based on customer needs, while maintaining multi-tenancy and segmentation at scale.

We have successfully deployed these solutions for highly regulated and compliant use cases, serving thousands of customers in the legal, healthcare, state and local government, and law enforcement sectors. We consistently meet stringent requirements, and our commitment to secure environments is demonstrated by our successful completion of multiple SOC 2 TYPE 2 audits and compliance with ITAR, HIPAA, FISA, CJIS, and other regulatory standards.
Sockpuppet is completely self-funded and based in the United States, with no outside capital. This independence allows us to maintain full control over our operations, ensuring that we can prioritize the security and privacy of our customers. We understand the importance of trust when handling sensitive use cases, and we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and security.
You can rely on Sockpuppet to customize deployments to meet your specific needs, allowing you to utilize our Sockpuppets-as-a-Service within the existing frameworks you’ve already adopted for security and network consumption. We offer optional dedicated infrastructure per customer and can ensure that your deployment is air-gapped from the public internet and only accessible through your internal mechanisms if required.
